WKGP is a subspecialist GP service operating four days a week.
We do not provide general GP services or procedures.
What we do offer:
- Aged Care Facility routine visits
- Out of hours 24/7 Aged Care Facility telehealth support (to registered clients)
- Out of hours RACF emergency visits
- Group home visits for adults 55y+ with developmental disability and issues of ageing will be available later in 2024
