West Kentish GP Service is a practice specifically to support Residential Aged Care Facilities.
Please note: We are not a general GP service and do not provide generalist care.
We care about older people, and believe they need access to medical care that takes into account their particular needs.
Currently we provide a visiting service to the following:
Rubicon Grove Mondays (78 residents)
Melaleuca Thursday afternoons (Currently 22 residents, please ask Melaleuca staff if you wish to register)
Meercroft Tuesdays (currently 70 residents, please ask Meercroft staff to request registration)
Karingal Wednesdays (Currently 66 residents, please ask Karingal staff to request registration)
Tandara Thursday morning, (currently 22 residents, please ask Tandara staff to request registration)
Strathdevon – Friday mornings (Currently 36 residents, please ask Strathdevon staff to request registration)
Group homes – Adults over 55 years with intellectual disability living in supported accommodation may be able to register. Please contact us at admin@wkgp.com for more information.
Independent units attached to the above aged care facilities – we can visit if you are housebound and under palliative care.
