Sometimes home visits are necessary. Usually your own GP will do this but we can provide a backup service within a specific distance from the hospice.
Yes, we can visit you at home
If you are too unwell to attend appointments we can visit you at home. If you need a visit at short notice we will arrange a time, however the doctor is also on call for the hospice so occasionally may not be able to be punctual.

Palliative care clients
Nursing home residents
Group home residents
Aditional information
We may require further information from your usual GP prior to a visit.
We will send a copy of the record of the visit to your usual GP and any relevant specialist.
