Appointment costs

Appointments are charged to Medicare and there may be a gap fee. At present we do not have bulk billing.

You may be asked to submit paperwork at least 3 days ahead of the appointment, particularly for capacity assessment. If this is not received within the requested time the appointment will be cancelled.

Please arrive on time. Make sure we have a phone number to contact you on the day if there are any unexpected issues.

You will be asked to wait for 10-20 minutes after the appointment while notes are completed. In most cases you can take a copy of the notes away with you. We are happy to liaise with your usual GP/specialist and forward notes to them.

General Appointment Charges
  • 30-45 minute appointment
  • Medicare + Gap fee $30

  • 1 hour appointment (family meetings)
  • Medicare + Gap fee $80

Capacity Assessment Charges

1 hour appointment – $100 minimum, varies with nature of assessment.

Home Visit Charges

Day: Medicare + Gap fee $25

Night: Medicare + Gap fee $35

Nursing/Group home: Medicare only, no gap fee
